Far below the hall of japan's seat of govn't, the diet buliding, a blind prophetes named hinoto dreams

of Earth's last days-the End of the World. The fate hinoto has foreseen, of the entire earth falling to a terrible cataclysm, beginning w/ the destruction of Tokyo!!! And at the center of her dreams is a young man named Kuami Shiro. Who she has seen in her visions as both a destroyer and angel. But Kamui is not the only person involved---- there are the "SEVEN SEALS" and the SEVEN HARBINGERS" who are destined to destroy the world, and seven seals by calling upon th dragon of heaven, have the power to save it. But somehow Kamui has the ability to tip the balance of the scale to one side or the other--- to save earth or destroy it.

After the absence of 6 yrs, Kamui Shiro in obedience to his mother's dying words, has retuned to tokyo to seek his fate. In Tokyo, Kamui is reunited w/ old friends, and meets new people---those who would be his friends, and his enemies. Many people are aware of Kamuis power and his ulimate destiny. Kamui himself has only begun to understand this true nature of his role in the end of the world.
